Welcome to Twilight Tails Tours & Travel. By booking a safari, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

• A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.

• Final payment must be completed within the timeframe specified in your invoice or booking confirmation.

• All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Client Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to our cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.

• Company Cancellations: Twilight Tails Tours & Travel reserves the right to cancel any safari due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, safety concerns). In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or an alternative safari of equal value.

3. Travel Documents & Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documents.

• Twilight Tails Tours & Travel is not liable for any losses due to incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

4. Health & Safety

• Safaris may involve physical activity and travel in remote areas. Clients must ensure they are medically fit for travel.

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Twilight Tails Tours & Travel acts as an agent for lodges, airlines, transportation providers, and other third-party services. We are not liable for delays, accidents, losses, injuries, or damages beyond our control.

• Wildlife encounters are unpredictable, and while we prioritize safety, we cannot guarantee sightings or prevent natural risks.

6. Changes to Itinerary

• We reserve the right to alter itineraries, accommodation, transport, or activities if circumstances require (e.g., weather, park regulations, safety issues).

• Any changes will be made in the best interest of the client’s experience and safety.

7. Code of Conduct

• Clients are expected to respect local cultures, wildlife, guides, and fellow travelers.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the safari without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, images, text, and designs—is the property of Twilight Tails Tours & Travel and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law
